Premium Solid Wood Plank Table Top
The Premium Solid Wood Plank Table Top is crafted specifically for heavy commercial use, with 1 1/2" thick European beechwood construction and precision-machined solid wood staves. Responsibly harvested from certified European suppliers and machined, joined, and finished in America by skilled craftsmen, the wood is kiln-dried to help minimize warping, cupping, cracking, and seasonal movement. Each stave is cut to size at our state-of-the-art sawmill and joined using industrial-grade adhesives.
The table top is well suited to traditional, rustic, and upscale interiors, with customizable sizes and shapes, as well as a selection of commercial-grade wood finishes to complement existing wood furniture. The 5-stage finishing process includes progressive sanding to 150-grit, non-grain-raising stain, catalyzed polyurethane sealer, fine sanding, and a polyurethane topcoat for lasting durability in high-traffic venues.
