Plain Back Custom Booth
The Plain Back Custom Booth provides American-made construction with extensive customization options. Its upholstered plain-back profile can be specified in length, height, and shape, with a range of configurations available. Restaurants can select from hundreds of premium vinyl and fabric upholstery options, including different materials for the seat and back. Optional head rolls, welt cords, crumb strips, and wood or laminate caps allow further customization.
The structural framework uses 1/2" plywood assembled with glue, nails, and corner blocks, reinforced by 2x4 lumber and CNC-cut struts. Sinuous no-sag springs installed on 6" centers form the seat foundation, supported by a flex pad layer that promotes even weight distribution. High-density foam provides resilient cushioning intended for the demands of daily commercial seating.
